As per the decisions taken in the meetings held on 10 November 2009, the Pravesh Niyantran Samiti directs all Private and Unaided Higher & Technical Education Colleges and Health Science Colleges (except MBBS) to submit their 1) Vacancy position, 2) List of applicants and 3) List of admitted candidates before the respective cut-off-dates to the Samiti office on any working day within office hours before 15 November 2009 positively. The Samiti also decides that in case of non-compliance, institutions will be liable to severe actions of disapproval of admissions for Academic Year 2009-10 including appropriate penalties also.
